Our client was looking for a better option to provide more information to their new patients, where they could find the range of services and technology available, from dental cleanings to surgical procedures.
Another crucial aspect that was requested is the ability for clients to make appointments for consultations or procedures without the need for an assistant, in addition to streamlining communication channels for efficient management.
The first point was to ensure that the visual imagery they already had could be adapted to the website. Since they did not yet have professional photography services, a photo session was requested to capture various cases and showcase to consumers how the clinic and its technology look.
We also implemented a reservation system section where users can easily schedule appointments or make contact with the staff. We aimed for a clean design, considering that the majority of users are adults, and we wanted it to be user-friendly without complications.
